Partially processed bird’s nests, these nests have gone through some basic preparation steps after harvest, such as removing feathers and basic impurities, but they still need further processing and screening before becoming the final edible bird’s nest product.
1. PRODUCT INFORMATION:
- Ingredients: Natural cleaned swallow’s nests.
- Packaging: 30g – 50g – 100g boxes.
- Production date and Best Before Date: Refer to the product packaging.
2. USAGE INSTRUCTIONS:
- Take one nest (10 grams) and immerse it in a bowl filled with water, soaking it for approximately 30-40 minutes until the nest becomes soft. Once softened, separate the nest into small strands, squeeze out excess water by hand, and place it in a bowl for steaming.
- Add 300-400ml of water to the bowl, then add around 2 tablespoons of rock sugar (optionally, add red dates, lotus seeds, ginger, etc., according to preference), and steam it in a double boiler for about 25 minutes over medium to low heat.
- One steamed nest can be consumed 2-3 times. It’s recommended to store it in the refrigerator and consume it within a day.
- Note: Avoid using tap water; instead, use purified water. Consume on an empty stomach. Red dates and rock sugar should be lightly boiled before adding them to the nest during steaming.
